Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand user needs, collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Work closely with the founders to deliver the product strategy and business impact.
• Guide UX/UI design for new products and functionalities.
• Translate product ideas and business requirements into concise users stories and tickets.
• Set development priorities and maintain a consistently prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate daily with the developer team to build products users love.
• Analyze product data/KPIs and take fast decisions to grow your products.

Qualifications:

• Core product management skills we expect from you
  • >3-5 years experience in a digital product management / product owner role.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
  • Track record in developing digital products and measuring success based on KPIs.
  • Analytical mind, hungry for data-driven analyses, insights and logical reasoning.
  • Effective in communicating a clear product vision.
  • Understanding of systems and technologies powering your products.
• Interpersonal, communication and (self-)management skills
  • Business driven with a passion to build great products
  • Able to communicate well in English (written and spoken)
  • Great team player, eager to brainstorm and get things done
  • Passion for writing clean and structured tickets
  • Ability to take a project from scoping through successful launch and growth
  • Fast-paced, detail-oriented, well-structured and organized

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary with an annual performance-based bonus. The remuneration package will be adjusted annually after performance review.
