Job Description & Summary

We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.

About the Role:

• Provide delivery support for Human Capital Management applications to our clients
• Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals
• Work directly with clients to implement, support and integrate S HCM technology solutions into their business environments
• Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple industries
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for areas of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals by interacting with senior management at a client and/or within the different teams on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• Mentor and manage large to medium sized teams
• Ability to be strategic and creative while remaining detail-oriented and process-focused

Minimum years experience required

• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in a consulting or technical environment
• Minimum 6 years of SAP SF systems integration and/or implementation experience
• Minimum 6 years experience of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis

Skill required

• Prior project management experience inclusive of people management
• SAP SF Certifications in any of the following areas: Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, Performance Management
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication in Thai and English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
