Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Project Management Director

to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) and oversee the successful delivery of software development, ERP implementation, digital transformation, and data management projects.

This role is responsible for driving project excellence, optimizing business performance, managing project financials, and leading a high-performing Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO)

Oversee multiple software, ERP, digital transformation, and data projects

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards

Develop and improve project governance, methodologies, and best practices

Manage project portfolio performance and resource allocation

Monitor project profitability, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance

Support revenue growth through successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Build strong relationships with clients and executive stakeholders

Lead ERP implementation and business transformation initiatives

Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams

Drive risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field

Master's degree or MBA is a plus

8–12+ years of Project or Program Management experience

At least 3 years managing Project Managers or PM teams

Experience delivering Software Development, ERP, Digital Transformation, or Data projects

Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, P&L, and financial performance

Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Experience with Jira and Google Workspace

Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP/PSA platforms is an advantage

Good command of English
