Job Description

Repair mobile phones by diagnosing and resolving issues reported by customers and restoring devices to normal working condition. Provide technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, and advise customers on proper device usage to ensure customer satisfaction. Assess and provide repair cost estimates when the device is outside the warranty conditions or when the damage is caused by customer misuse. Properly manage and prepare technician-related documents and submit them to the Head Office or relevant departments for further processing. Handle spare parts ordering and inventory management, ensuring all spare parts are properly maintained and accounted for. Conduct monthly spare parts stock counts and return defective parts to the Head Office warehouse. Manage the repair system and accurately record repair details and spare parts usage in the technician system. Provide front-counter customer service, assist customers with inquiries and repair requests, and handle incoming customer calls and questions. Job Requirements Knowledge and understanding of the Android operating system . Skilled in using tools and equipment for mobile phone repair. At least 1 year of experience in mobile phone repair . Interested in and willing to learn about new technologies and mobile device developments .
