Philip Morris Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a talented person to join our People & Culture team as a People & Culture Operations Specialist - Benefits.

You will be working under the guidance of Manager P&C Operations & ES, to perform transaction and operational tasks and cooperate with HR Services at Philippines on a regular basis.

• Initiate, plan, organize, and execute benefits' programs
• Collect and analyze data and prepare reports
• Monitor and update HR database in SAP system and manage all requests in iTicket system
• Provide support to expats or international assignees and coordinate with outsourced agencies for the provision of respective services

• Minimum - a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR Administrative work in a multinational company
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Advanced in Computer literacy (MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Extensive experience in SAP system
