• Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development strategies, programs, and initiatives.
• Manage the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, user management, reporting, and continuous system enhancement.
• Develop and maintain both classroom and digital learning content, including e-learning modules and blended learning programs.
• Facilitate and deliver training programs as an internal trainer while coordinating with internal subject matter experts and external training providers.
• Manage Succession Planning, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), support the Performance Management System (PMS), and other Learning & Organizational Development initiatives.
• Manage the annual training calendar, budget, and training records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• About you.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or a related HR function.
• Hands-on experience managing and administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Proven experience as an internal trainer or facilitator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation methodologies.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
