Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in OOP software and RESTful web services design and implementation
• Good knowledge and skill in MVC Web Framework
• Good knowledge in programming structure and performance
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it
• Knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages (e.g. Jade, EJS)
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (e.g. Stylus, Less)
• Knowledge of enterprise level database management system (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Good knowledge of Git version control system
• Experiences/knowledge in the following is a plus
  • Knowledge of chatbot using Dialogflow is a big plus
  • Google Cloud Platform
  • Social Network API (e.g. Line, Facebook Messenger, Wechat)
  • AI concept (e.g. chatbot, image processing/classification, machine learning, deep learning)
  • MQTT messaging protocol
  • Understanding of OAuth Concept

Responsibilities

• Design overall architecture of the web application
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
• Maintain code integrity and organization
• Work with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements
• Understanding and implementation of security and data protection
• Development experience for both mobile and desktop
• Help contribute and create best practices for the team
• Support production issues and requests as needed
