Our client is a fast-growing company operating across E-Commerce, Health & Beauty, and software development in Asia. They are expanding their pet lifestyle business and are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support online customers and elevate the service experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, fashion trends, and consumer behavior to plan the development of new pet fashion products and accessories (for dogs, cats, and owners), aligning with the company’s goals for domestic customers and future international expansion.

• Keep track of new materials or alternative materials in the fashion, fabric, and textile industries to apply to product designs.

• Design or coordinate designs with freelancers to create prototypes, making necessary adjustments to ensure they fit the pet's physique and customer preferences.

• Analyze and calculate production quantities, manage budgets, and negotiate pricing to maximize company benefits.

• Source factories, artisans, embroidery shops, printing, or screen printing facilities that meet industry standards to produce designed products. Conduct performance evaluations to ensure quality control and find the best production alternatives.

• Procure necessary materials and equipment for production, coordinate cutting, sewing, fitting trials, and handle logistics for finished products.

• Determine product release dates, prepare product information, address design issues, and coordinate with various internal teams.

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback for products already launched to identify areas for
  improvement.

• Compile expense documents related to product manufacturing for accounting purposes.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team for product delivery and inventory management.

• Other duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• At least 3 years of work experience in product development, fashion design, or merchandising.

• Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box to create distinctive and competitive designs.

• Able to communicate and negotiate with material suppliers, pattern makers, seamstresses, and garment manufacturers.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to analyze data and numbers effectively.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues related to garment production, with the ability to find backup plans to ensure smooth project progression.

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Microsoft Office

• Ability to communicate in Thai and English, Chinese is a plus.
