Customer Service Officer (E-Commerce)

They are expanding their pet lifestyle business and are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support online customers and elevate the service experience.
Responsibilities
Upload and maintain product details, images, and descriptions on e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, LINE MyShop).
Ensure product pages are accurate, complete, and optimized for customer purchase decisions.
Respond to customer inquiries across all channels (chat, phone, marketplace messages).
Monitor service scores and customer reviews to maintain official store standards.
Prepare quick replies, FAQs, and SOPs for customer service operations.
Manage and train part-time CS admins; maintain scheduling and quality checks.
Create customer orders in the system and prepare monthly customer insight reports.
Support customer retention activities (customer database, segmentation, loyalty program).
Qualifications
Thai nationality; Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service, preferably in e-commerce.
Basic English communication skills.
Good Excel/Google Sheets competency (formulas, pivot, data handling).
Strong communication, service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
