We are looking for a Network Engineer who is passionate about networking technologies, cloud infrastructure, and solving complex technical challenges.

Network Engineer – Job Description (Middle)

Responsibilities:

• Design, administer, and manage the cloud network infrastructure base on Clos (SPINE-LEAF)
• Design and implement the network solution which meets the customers' requirements such as Proof-of-Concept (POC), Testing, and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain Network Diagram, Configuration, Installation Guide documentation.
• Collaborate with Sale Team and Presale Team, Cloud Infrastructure Team, and NSOC Team.
• Standby supporting on-call troubleshooting the problems of customers and our infrastructure.
• Being responsible for day-to-day operation support.
• Monitor system performance and ensure tasks are completed according to quality standards and SLA.
• Implement network infrastructure changes following the defined Change Management process — with stakeholder notification, proper approval, and compliance with ISMS and CSA STAR standards at every step.
• Research and development network function and network feature based on OpenSDN (SDN, NFV and network virtualization) based on business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering & Security, or related field.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure (3+ years preferred for Lead; Junior level welcome with relevant knowledge or experience).
• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model, Layer 2 (VLAN, Access, Trunk, STP, RSTP, MST), LAN, and WAN.
• Considerable network engineering understanding with exposure to Juniper routing and switching, Cisco Routing, and switching.
• Interest and ability to research new and emerging technologies to better solve networking problems.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting tools is Nmap, Wireshark, and tcpdump, etc.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, EVPN VxLAN, and MPLS (L2VPN, L3VPN).
• Knowledge of basic Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Security Group, Network ACL in OpenStack cloud, AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft Azure, etc.
• Knowledge of Next-Generation Firewall (Palo Alto, FortiGate, etc.)
• Knowledge of Linux system and command line.
• Relevant network certifications preferred; CCNA and JNCIA are helpful.
• Must have a growth mindset, self-learning, curious and wondering
