Position: Full-Time Sales & Customer Service Specialist

Nihao Academy is a premium international Chinese academy for children, primarily serving families from international schools in Bangkok.

We are looking for a warm, proactive, and customer-focused team member who enjoys working with families, building strong customer relationships, driving enrollment growth, and supporting students throughout their learning journey in a positive international environment.

This position is especially suitable for candidates with experience in hospitality, airlines, hotels, premium retail, sales, or high-end customer service who are looking for a stable daytime work environment, scheduled school breaks throughout the year, and strong earning potential based on performance.

Salary: THB 32,000–42,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Drive enrollment growth by understanding families' needs and providing personalized, consultative recommendations on suitable Mandarin courses.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with families to support student retention and re-enrollment.

• Work closely with the branch team to deliver a high-quality customer experience and contribute to the branch's continued growth.

• Support daily branch operations and maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for students and families.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience. Experience in hospitality, hotels, airlines, premium retail, customer service, or sales is a strong advantage.

• Enjoy working with children and families, with a strong customer service mindset.

• Confident, proactive, and comfortable working toward enrollment and performance targets.

• Fluent in English (TOEIC 600+ required) for communicating with international school families and our international team.

• Bachelor's Degree and full working rights in Thailand.
