Radiotherapy Physicist Manager
ที่โรงพยาบาลเมดพาร์ค- Manage radiotherapy operations, ensuring adequate staffing and availability of radiation equipment for safe, modern patient care.
- Develop and oversee plans for Ir-192 source replacement.
- Review quality assurance (QA) schedules and monitor radiation leakage measurement programs for radiotherapy equipment.
- Establish and implement operational plans aligned with hospital policies and standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to support regulatory compliance, including HA and JCI standards.
- Prepare equipment, facilities, and documentation for inspections by regulatory authorities related to radiation safety and medical equipment.
- Provide training, consultation, and knowledge transfer to radiotherapy personnel and related departments to enhance competency and service quality.
