Job Purpose

The Program Manager / Foundation Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations, fundraising, programs, events, partnerships, and community activities of RMHC Thailand.

This role oversees key Foundation programs, including Ronald McDonald Houses, Ronald McDonald Playrooms, mobile healthcare activities, volunteer programs, fundraising campaigns, and charity events such as

Run for Kids

The position ensures that all programs and activities are delivered effectively, safely, within budget, and in alignment with the Foundation's mission and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Foundation and Program Management

Develop annual plans, budgets, fundraising strategies, and activity calendars.

Oversee Foundation programs, operations, and service standards.

Manage Ronald McDonald Houses, Playrooms, mobile healthcare activities, and community programs.

Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare professionals, families, partners, and relevant organizations.

Monitor program performance, social impact, risks, and areas for improvement.

Prepare management, Board, donor, and impact reports.

Fundraising and Partnership Management

Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve annual donation targets.

Identify opportunities through corporate sponsorships, individual donors, grants, campaigns, and in-kind contributions.

Build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners, sponsors, and nonprofit organizations.

Prepare fundraising proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations, and partnership agreements.

Manage donor communications, recognition, reporting, and partnership renewals.

Ensure donations are properly recorded, acknowledged, and used according to Foundation policies.

Events and Activities

Plan and manage fundraising events, including

RMHC Run for Kids

, charity events, donor activities, and community programs.

Manage event concepts, budgets, timelines, vendors, sponsors, logistics, volunteers, and onsite operations.

Coordinate hospital activities, family activities, donation handovers, and corporate volunteer programs.

Monitor event income, expenses, participation, sponsor deliverables, and overall results.

Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for improvement.

Ronald McDonald House Operations

Oversee daily operations and service standards of Ronald McDonald Houses.

Ensure a safe, clean, welcoming, and supportive environment for families of hospitalized children.

Monitor facilities, occupancy, supplies, maintenance, security, and manpower coverage.

Coordinate with hospitals, House Managers, service providers, and volunteers.

Handle operational concerns, emergencies, and sensitive family situations professionally.

Volunteer and Stakeholder Management

Manage volunteer recruitment, orientation, training, scheduling, and engagement.

Develop volunteer roles, guidelines, safeguarding standards, and codes of conduct.

Build strong relationships with hospitals, government agencies, community partners, and volunteers.

Represent RMHC Thailand at meetings, events, partnership discussions, and public activities.

Budget, Compliance and Team Leadership

Manage the Foundation's annual operating, fundraising, and event budgets.

Monitor income, expenses, procurement, contracts, and financial documentation.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, Foundation policies, governance standards, and data privacy requirements.

Identify operational, financial, safety, legal, and reputational risks.

Lead, coach, and develop Foundation employees, House Managers, coordinators, temporary staff, and volunteers.

Establish clear performance expectations, responsibilities, and development plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.

At least 8 years of relevant experience

in foundation management, nonprofit organizations, corporate social responsibility, fundraising, program management, event management, hospitality, or operations.

At least 4 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership position.

Proven experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, charity events, or community programs.

Strong experience in project management, budget management, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience working with hospitals, healthcare organizations, foundations, children, families, or vulnerable groups would be an advantage.

Experience managing large-scale charity events, sports events, or fundraising campaigns would be an advantage.

Good command of written and spoken Thai and English.

Able to travel and work occasionally during weekends, public holidays, early mornings, or evenings.
