• Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Possesses an Investment Consultant (IC) license.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service roles, preferably in the banking, securities, or insurance industries.
• Strong interest in and up-to-date knowledge of financial news and investment trends.
• Possesses a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive personality, and a genuine serviceminded attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Detail-oriented and a good team player.
