Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project, planning, design, and tender.

• Selection and appointment of consultants

• Contract coordination and negotiation.

• Budget management, Quotation, BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

• Responsible for all design activities related to the project to ensure that the requirements are fully met.

• Inspecting all contractors on overall work progress.

• Prepare master development schedule and cost plan.

• Managing changes to the project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.

• Discuss with related parties to support information to authority/permission process.

• Consult & monitor all phases of project design development through the construction period. (Architecture, Interior, and Landscape).

• Prepare reports related to the project for management review.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or any related.

• At least 5 years experience in Project Development, Project Management, and Construction Management with knowledge of budget control.

• Experiences in a luxury villa are a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate with others to explore all alternative solutions.

• Have a flexible and positive attitude and service mind to help achieve the project in good quality and better solutions within a constrained schedule.

• Good initiative thought and strong analytical skills.

• Management Skills, result-oriented, meet deadline.

• Proficiency in computer skills, Powerpoint, Autocad, Word, and Excel.

• Good command of English both spoken and written, Chinese as a plus.
