Quality Assurance Officer
ที่บริษัท เคิร์ซ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด- Determining and taking problem solving and corrective action in process of ISO 9001:2015
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Lead all activities and documents concerns to Quality System (ISO 9001:2015)
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
- Manage and coordinate the customer audit program
- To establish and maintain complaints' matter from all customers, investigate to be closed within timeline.
- Control and manage all tasks to be closed within timeline, KPIs and also align with ISO procedure.
- Directly managing the Complaints Management and Quality Control process to be in line with ISO Rules
- Control and manage compliant tasks to be closed within timeline, KPIs and also align with ISO procedure.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- To do others related tasks as assigned
- Qualified to degree level in BS/BA or any field related
- Male or Female, age not over 35 years old
- years proven experience in implementation of corrective action programs field (an advantage in ISO9001:2015)
- Hard working, service –oriented with attention to details
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Mature and a present personality
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office,
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Good command of English
