In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory accuracy, optimize storage and logistics processes, and lead a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What awaits you

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound, storage, and outbound processes.

• Supervise receiving, inspection, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Ensure accurate inventory management, proper stock rotation, and optimal warehouse space utilization.

• Manage and develop the warehouse team to maintain high standards of productivity, safety, and organization.

• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt and delivery of goods.

• Monitor inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and claims, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

• Oversee cycle counts and annual stock-taking activities to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Track warehouse performance, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Monitor stock levels of warehouse consumables and packaging materials to support uninterrupted operations.

• Resolve operational issues proactively and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Your Profile

You contribute

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment is required. Experience using SAP (Material Management module).

• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Free Zone, import, and export regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
