About the Role

• Position: Assistant Trade Officer

• Team: Marketing Team

• Employment Type: Fixed-term contract

• Contract Period: October 1 – December 15

• Contract Extension: Subject to performance evaluation and project requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Korean SME products in the Thai market through targeted sales and marketing activities

• Actively perform outbound cold calls and phone outreach to engage potential Thai buyers and pitch Korean products

• Assist in organizing B2B business matching sessions between Korean companies and Thai buyers for exhibitions and trade events

• Conduct market research and prepare insightful English reports on trade trends and business opportunities in Thailand to support trade strategies

• Maintain databases and documentation related to trade inquiries, business contacts, and meeting records

• Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support overall team operations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• 0–3 years of experience in international trade, telesales, sales, marketing, or related fields

• Fluency in English (TOEIC/IELTS/TOEFL is a plus) with excellent Thai communication and persuasion skills for effective outreach

• Working knowledge of import/export procedures, trade marketing, or international business practices

• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and web tools for online meetings or webinars (e.g., Zoom)

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities

• Self-motivated with a strong "can-do" attitude, able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Effective working in a multicultural environment; knowledge of Korean business culture is a strong plus
