Job Description:

Provide dedicated technical support for a major key account, ensuring timely troubleshooting and high-quality service

Perform troubleshooting and deliver application guidance to ensure optimal machine performance at customer sites

Maximize equipment utilization through proactive maintenance and effective issue resolution

Conduct training sessions for customer personnel and partners to enhance operational efficiency and product knowledge

Act as a key point of contact for technical support, ensuring high standards of service and communication

Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to maintain excellent support quality across key accounts

Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electronics/Mechatronics/Electromechanics), or equivalent

1–3 years of SMT experience preferred. Experience in AOI and SPI machines is an advantage

Good command of English (both written and spoken) is required

Must have own transportation

Willing to travel (Domestic and Overseas)

Must be based in or willing to reside in

Chonburi

to support key customer operations

Meticulous, independent, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage and execute assigned tasks effectively

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
