MM Senior Consultant / SD Senior Consultant

  • Manage and control overall marketing functions in the company.
  • Supervise the team to achieve the company target.
  • Planning and Controlling - provide short and long-term objectives, action programs, schedules which budgets and coordinates with Sales, Finance & Accounting and Marketing Communication to ensure objectives are met on time and in the quality at minimize cost.
  • Analysis, evaluate and execute Marketing plan (ATL & BTL), strategies, market trends, customer behavior and customer journey for overall business objectives especially in E-Commerce and manage dynamic market.
  • Monitor sale performance, anticipate causes affecting performance, indicate magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Sales and Brand Partners with attractive promotion campaigns to raise sales volume.
  • Manage and control A & P Budget to ensure that achieved brand partner's commitment and company.
  • Analysis COGS ratio and pricing to sales through cost improvement projects, comparing competitor and try to position our product at the accessible price to customers.
  • Oversees the Marcom team and seeking new media opportunities to ensure the effectiveness of communications.
  • Direct, develop, implement and evaluate of effective promotion and advertising programs to Marcom team through Online channel. To ensuring budgeting control on promotion and advertising expenditure.
  • Analysis surveys of quantitative and qualitative marketing and Customer behavior information to help refine advertising and promotional strategies..
  • Plan in the development of the Digital Marketing Calendar that should be aligned with the Marketing Strategy. Work with Marcom team to develop strategy to communicate digital marketing program and drive the most relevant traffic in digital platforms.
  • Thai national, age below 40 years old.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields
  • More than 5 years' experience of Direct Marketing in E-commerce, Digital Marketing
  • Experience in strategic marketing and marketing plan both online and offline marketing.
  • Relevant background in Retail Business; mainly focus on fast fashion or huge amount of transaction..
  • Knowledge in ATL & BTL / A&P Budget / COGS Ratio.
  • Financial management: Good Budget control and management.
  • Logical thinking and flexible.
  • Driven Results, creative and initiative.
  • Strong negotiation, innovation, interpersonal, leadership and people management skills.
  • Communicable in English language.
