Responsibilities;

• Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements.
• Provide legal opinion
• Develop employee awareness of compliance.
• Ensure compliance with related laws and regulations.
• liaison with BOT regulators

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree from faculty of law.
• Good overview knowledge of banking operations.
• Basic banking & security documentation knowledge.
• Possess 3– 5 years of legal expertise experience in a law firm/banking industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in banking is preferred.
