• Develop marketing strategy and marketing plan serving to business goals
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback
• Define market positioning for overall and individual products
• Prepare and adhere to budgets / ensure MROI goals are achieved

• Master degree or above in Marketing or related areas
• At least 7 years experience in retail marketing
• Experience in integrated marketing communication skills
• People management skill
