• Leads the requirements gathering and analysis to definite fit & gap between client's business and system and develops detail specifications for the development team
• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan and lead the test to ensure the accuracy and match with customer's requirement.
• Create a Document to support a project (Functional specification, High-Level Design specification, Detail Design specification, Operation workflow, use case, ER-Diagram, Data dictionary, etc.)
• Coordinate with Project Manager for a smooth operation/ service/ customer satisfaction / assist to lead all tasks completed on time and meet the project plan
• Working closely with programmers to build the system
• Overseeing installation and testing before the final version is released
• Providing customer training and instruction manuals

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or related field
• At least 3-4 years experiences as a system analyst or business analyst
• Good working experience of web & application servers like WebSphere Apache Tomcat
• Have strong DBMS knowledge in Mysql and/or MS SQL
• Object Oriented analysis and design methodologies using Unified Modeling Language ( UML )
• Experienced in creating specification documents based on user requirements, analysis and design
