Virtual Workshop Design & Delivery

Job Roles:

• Partner Engagement
• Workshop Design
• Workshop Delivery and MC (Moderator/Facilitator)
• Live Event Management (Including Manage and Operate Tech Platforms)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage new partners who are experts in various fields to collaborate with us
• Manage the requirements of instructors, team members, and clients
• Brainstorm with clients and instructors to design effective development programs and activities
• Develop scalable learning and development solutions, leveraging multiple channels and tools (such as digital learning, case studies, gamification, simulations, learning tool applications, and pre-post assessments) in support of a broad array of learners
• Collaborate with instructors and team members to promote learning programs
• Assist instructors to prepare teaching contents, manuals, tools, and equipment
• Manage workshop delivery and preparation during virtual and in-house sessions
• Collaborate with instructors and team members to promote learning programs
• Give speech or presentation to an audience and monitor the agenda to ensure the event runs smoothly
• Manage the timely implementation of live event
• Design event content and operation plan
• Manage and coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure that implementation goes as planned.
• Lead an end-to-end operation of event platform
