💰 Salary: ฿25,000 - ฿50,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Australian Financial Crime obligations, including AML/CTF regulations.

• Develop, implement, and update AML/CTF policies and procedures.

• Conduct AML risk assessments, investigations, and report suspicious activities.

• Conduct transaction monitoring to identify unusual or suspicious activities and ensure timely regulatory reporting.

• Provide staff training on compliance and AML/CTF requirements.

• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities when required.

• Conduct client due diligence, compliance monitoring, and risk assessments.

• Prepare documentation for business onboarding, ensuring compliance with partner requirements.

• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and prepare the Annual Compliance Report.

• Advise management on compliance risks and maintain updated policies.

• Manage and oversee contracts and legal-related documents, coordinating with the company's legal team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in AML/CTF compliance or financial crime prevention.

• Experience with transaction monitoring and client due diligence (CDD/KYC) processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with compliance functions within financial services businesses is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations in Australia is preferred.

• Ability to assess and manage risk in a financial crime compliance context.

Working Hours:

Our company aligns its working hours with Australian time zones and adjusts them periodically throughout the year as follows:

• Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM (from October to April)

• Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:15 PM (from May to September)

We operate 5 days a week with 2 days of remote work (WFH) each week.
