We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Specialist, Field Sales Management to drive business growth and expand market presence through Infineon's distribution network and strategic customer engagement. In this role, you will collaborate closely with distribution partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, secure design wins, and develop new business opportunities.

• Promoting the Infineon

portfolio across the distribution network.

• Collaborating with

distribution partners to achieve sales targets.

• Design wins and supports

the growth of the mass market account base through strategic planning, training,

and active engagement, to achieve growth and performance objectives.

• Analyze market trends,

competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and

develop effective sales strategies.

• Coordinate with internal support

teams to

ensure timely customer engagement and issue resolution.Maintain accurate sales reports

and provide regular business updates to management.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's

degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business

Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Min. 5-10 years of relevant

sales, distribution management, or business development experience within the

semiconductor / electronics industry.

• Strong background in channel

sales, distribution sales, field sales, or business development.

• Proven success in demand

creation and design-win generation.

• Experience driving

growth in mass-market and mid-sized accounts.

• Exposure to industrial,

power, automotive, consumer, MCU, connectivity, IoT, or power conversion

applications.
