Be the key enabler of the respective BE Segment/Site to achieve Operational Excellence. Drive the implementation of IE standard and KPIs and the actual improvement in Personnel(P), Capital(C), Material(M) and Area(A) Efficiencies. Drive the implementation of Standard Production Management system and the optimization of Cycle time and Utilization at the respective Segment/Site. Drive and manage the overall Productivity program (NLoP) at BE segment/site, which should includes the execution of current year defined measures and to secure mid/long-term productivity pipelines. Drive the the implementation of Automation roadmap and define the mid/long-term Automation roadmap to secure mid/long-term productivity needs.

Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

• Possesses advanced knowledge with >5yrs of experience in Industrial Engineering focusing on P-C-M-A efficiencies improvement & WIP Flow improvement, for respective scope
• Lead Test productivity roadmap, and to secure NLOP pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR.
• Conduct in-dept analysis and identify P-C-M-A improvement potential. Driving resolution and accountablility of productivity measures, which include layout, OEE/UPH improvement and waste reduction
• Support and deploy the yearly segment/site level technical goal/target setting as the input for TCR/LTCR, for respective

job scope.

• Apply data-driven root cause analysis (VSM, Pareto, Waterfall, or equivalent) to validate improvement decisions and rationalize trade-offs before implementation.
• Posses advanced knowledge of Production Management focusing on 4-P synchronization, and support implementation of defined measures in CTS reduction and Optimization of utilization & cycle time.
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives (MES, production performance reporting, AI-driven process improvement) and harvest benefits from completed projects.
• Deploy and enforce IE standards for the assigned scope; coach and knowledge-transfer to junior engineers within the team.
• Deploy P-C-M-A efficiency standard within site. Conduct benchmarking exercise to secure additional productivity pipelines
• Collaborate with Cluster IE and BE Site IE to implement Best Practices and Best Known Methods to achieve benchmark performance.

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's in Industrial / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• 5+ years Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Semiconductor, OSAT, HDD, or high-volume electronics manufacturing background
• Proven ownership of at least one improvement project end-to-end (not only a supporting role). Able to present his project as part of the interview
• Final Test exposure — tester, handler, UPH, test time, parallel test
• Lean Six Sigma certified — Green Belt or above
• Comfortable with data: Excel (advanced)
• English proficient
