We are seeking a highly capable Senior Engineer, Technology to join our Thailand IT team. This role is responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and providing day-to-day support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure smooth and uninterrupted warehouse operations. The position coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues, monitor system performance, and implement necessary improvements. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, understanding of warehouse processes, and effective communication with both IT and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Infrastructure Operations: Manage and coordinate the setup, maintenance, and performance of network systems, servers, and hardware to ensure seamless business operations.

• WMS Application Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for the Warehouse Management System, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and system monitoring.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between IT, warehouse operations, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of system enhancements.

• System Performance & Reporting: Monitor system health, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements for infrastructure and WMS efficiency.

Qualifications

SummaryExperience:

• Minimum 5 years of IT Infrastructure (network, servers, hardware support), preferably in Hands-on experience supporting WMS or warehouse-related systems.

• Experience in Experience coordinating with warehouse teams and external IT vendors.

• Ability to troubleshoot daily operational issues (RF scanners, labels, system errors).

• Basic understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, dispatch).

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineer, or a related field

Skills:

• Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken).

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (network, server, hardware troubleshooting).

• WMS application support skills (issue resolution, user assistance, system monitoring).

• Basic SQL or data analysis for checking system issues (nice to have).

• Understanding of warehouse workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, dispatch).

• Good coordination and communication skills with operations and vendors.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under time-sensitive operational issues.
