• On Floor engagement and administrative tasks performed at a ratio 75% / 25%.
• Maintain, coordinate, and communicate environmental health and safety processes and procedures at site level.
• Conduct site audits of facility requirements as it relates to environmental health and safety programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and implementation by GXO employees and contractors with GXO EHS procedures.
• To ensure workplace safety and health compliance according to Client EHS procedures at Client facilities.
• Monitoring and supporting all GXO logistics activities at Client facilities.
• Provide additional support and project management oversight to new and critical EHS initiatives.
• Identify risks during activities and partner with Operations to permanently mitigate them via the hierarchy of controls.
• Ensure completion of EHS action items for facilities and processes are resolved.
• Review, analyze, develop, and communicate environmental health and safety programs and solutions initiatives; develop action plans, as necessary.
• Lead safety meetings, training, and continuing education.
• Initiate and complete safety incident reports, RCCAs, and customer reporting needs.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis / Risk Assessments at site level.
• Execute Safety Program projects as directed by site leader and Regional Safety Manager.
• To conduct ESD testing and keeping record.
• To support DG audit.
• To instill DG awareness.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field that Handling Safety Professional Certification.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse safety or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in an environment with noise level exceeding 85db for a prolonged period. (If required).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineer, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (network, server, hardware troubleshooting).
• WMS application support skills (issue resolution, user assistance, system monitoring).
• Basic SQL or data analysis for checking system issues (nice to have).
• Understanding of warehouse workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, dispatch).
• Good coordination and communication skills with operations and vendors.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under time-sensitive operational issues.
