We are a leading private lending firm based in USA. Our services include business loans, equipment financing, commercial mortgages, personal lines of credit, real estate investment loans, and more. We’ve been operating since 2013 and service clients in all 50 states. We are seeking a motivated and responsible Loan Office Secretary to assist with day-to-day operations in our office (this is not a remote position). Our office is right next to BTS Phra Khanong - less than 1 minute. You will be working USA Hours: 7:30PM to 4:30AM, and 100% English Fluency is Required. Bonus offered if you speak Spanish. Salary is 30K per month to startt. 

The starting salary is 40,000 to 50,000 bhat paid twice a month.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and provide information on our services
- Communicate professionally via email with clients, sales agents, and other partner
- Organize and review that documentation is complete
- Input accurate information into our company CRM
- Inform prospective clients on our loan application process
- Facilitate the loan funding process between relevant parties (client, sales agent, lender, etc.)
- Call clients/sales agents to request information when necessary
- Assist management with new company initiatives when required

Requirements:
- University Education in relevant field (marketing, customer service, finance, business, etc.)
- Female between the ages of 28 and 45
- 100% English Fluency in writing speaking (10,000฿ bonus if you are fluent in Spanish)
- Experience working for real estate companies, law firms, loan agencies mortgage companies, title companies, etc. (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Clear communication skills and exceptional customer service
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work 7:30PM-4:30AM in a Phra Khanong office
