• • Develop creative concepts and content for T-POP artists’ online programs and social media.
  • Design program formats, write scripts, and oversee production (Pre–Post).
  • Collaborate with producers, graphic designers, marketing teams; basic short-form video editing (Capcut).
  • Create digital/online campaigns, analyze audience behavior, and track trends.
  • Pitch ideas to management/partners and manage the creative team to deliver on plan.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Creative/Content/Program Development (online/social media focus).
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms (TikTok, IG, X, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience in online program formats or music industry (T-POP/K-POP) is a plus.
