Field Service Engineer/Technician will be focusing on company services activities mainly for Thailand market and occasional Indochina market.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Perform service, preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair of Decanters, Separators, Belt Presses, and related systems.

• Support installation, commissioning, overhaul, and equipment upgrades at customer sites.

• Customer relations management, machine preventive maintenance and inspection.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic automation-related issues and provide technical support to customers.

• Conduct customer training on equipment and basic maintenance

• Prepare service reports, inspection findings, and technical recommendations after service activities.

• Support basic PLC/HMI, sensor, instrumentation, and industrial network troubleshooting, and coordinate with automation specialists when required.

• Support the Service Sales in generating opportunities after site inspections

• Support Sales for Technical clarification & Spare Parts recommendation

• Contributing positively to Business's achievement, including his individual targets and Country targets

• Traveling 80% in the country and/or other SEA countries.

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Your Profile /

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / High Vocational Certificate in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in field service, maintenance and commissioning

• Experience in rotating equipment is preferred

• Experience with mechanical separation and automation systems is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and maintenance

• Basic to good knowledge of PLCs, HMI, industrial networks, and automation troubleshooting

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings

• Knowledge of sensors, instrumentation, and pneumatic systems

• Familiarity with mechanical separation is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Customer-oriented mindset and communication skills

• Ability to travel frequently and work independently

• Fair/ Good command of English, both written and spoken with the ability to communicate on technical matters
