• Cultivate a positive and cohesive company culture that reflects the Managing Director s values and goals.
• Be responsible for & continuously improve the overall health and wellbeing of the company culture, ensuring Fat Mango Studios remains a fun, inspiring, and friendly place to work.
• Manage the recruitment process: post new job roles, shortlist candidates, and assist in the hiring process as we continue to grow.
• Plan and organize regular team events and activities to boost team morale and engagement.
• Act as a point of contact for team feedback and work proactively to improve the work environment.
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager for Fat Mango Studios and the Sound House Studio.
• Oversee and maintain the office environment, including liaising with the housekeeper and ensuring essential supplies (e.g., water, cleaning materials) are stocked & utilities bills are paid for Fat Mango Studios & The SoundHouse Studio.
• Assist with managing studio reservations for Sticky Rice Studio (Photography Studio).
• Minimum 2 year of experience in HR & Admin support roles.
• Previous experience in a video production company is a plus, but not required.
• Thai national.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Mature, approachable, naturally takes initiative and can be trusted to support and look after the team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
