Ever (everapp.io) is seeking UX/UI Designer to help us build the next generation of healthcare services. You'll be joining a team of experienced entrepreneurs in an early-stage startup targeting one of the biggest industries in the world - healthcare.

As a developer at Ever, you will be working with an agile team of Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Designers, along with leaders of our different business verticals in order to deliver our business goals, and, most importantly, solve customer pain points.

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Collaborating effectively with products, engineering, and management teams
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience 

Who we are looking for:

• 3 - 5 years of experience as a UI-UX Designer or similar role
• You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field
• You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver
• 3 years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction would be benefits
