Description:
- Manage site on sales and distribution of lubricant.
- Manage sales promotion and merchandizing in the area.
- Increase distribution coverage/OHD and enhance merchandising at outlets
- Control of expenditure
- Minimize credit risk.
- Manage, control, develop, supervise, motivate and appraise subordinates (Assistant, Telemarketers, Van sales, Admin.officers, casual labors, drivers, and contractors.).
- Manage, control and maintain of company’s assets at all sites.
- Optimize fleet utilization and sale forces.
- Prevent and control loss of stock/cash at the sites. Ensure stock reconciliation is properly carried out at least on a monthly basis.
- Ensure Shell’s standards of safety, ethics and quality are applied.
- Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising
- Track team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areas
