Job Summary

The Production Control & Quality Control Executive  will oversee daily production schedules and outgoing quality. The incumbent will also communicate to customers their delivery schedule.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Set up Production SKU in SAP and assign internal Part Numbers
• Process Customer’s Purchase Order into SAP system
• Optimise machine use through production planning
• Communicate delivery schedule to customers
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure outgoing quality is within Customer expectation
• Identifies and resolve bottlenecks or delays in production.
• Communicate production plan and output to HQ

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing requirements and planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP or equivalent MRP system
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Education and Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience required.

1.       ตำแหน่ง ผู้บริหารควบคุมการผลิตและควบคุมคุณภาพ ดูแล วางแผนกำหนดการผลิตรายวันและคุณภาพที่ส่งออก ผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งจะแจ้งกำหนดการส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้าด้วย

หน้าที่/ความรับผิดชอบ

• ตั้งค่า SKU การผลิตใน SAP และกำหนดรหัสชิ้นส่วน spare part ต่าง ๆ

• รวบรวมใบสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าเข้าสู่ระบบ SAP

• เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้เครื่องจักรผ่านการวางแผนการผลิตที่รัดกุม

• ประสานงานกับลูกค้า แจ้งกำหนดการจัดส่งให้กับลูกค้า

• ประสานงานกับทีมขาย เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคุณภาพสินค้าขาออกอยู่ในความคาดหวังของลูกค้า

• ระบุและแก้ไข ปัญหาหรือความล่าช้าในการผลิต

• สื่อสารแผนการผลิตและส่งออกไปยัง HQ

ทักษะ/ความสามารถที่จำเป็น

• มีทักษะความรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำงานภายในโรงงาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการกำหนดคุณภาพและสามารถวางแผนการผลิต

• ทักษะในการสื่อสารและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม

• ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ยอดเยี่ยม

• เชี่ยวชาญใน SAP หรือระบบ MRP เทียบเท่า

• เชี่ยวชาญกับ Microsoft Office หรือซอฟต์แวร์ที่จำเป็น

การศึกษาและประสบการณ์:

• วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรืออนุปริญญาด้านโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ต้องมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
