About the Role:

• Lead workplace EHS and safety compliance, conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews to identify hazards and unsafe practices, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and ensure appropriate follow-through in line with regulatory and client standards.

• Oversee fire & life safety and emergency preparedness, including fire protection systems and equipment, emergency exits and access routes, evacuation procedures, drills, and emergency response arrangements, ensuring facilities remain prepared for potential incidents and emergencies.

• Manage and coordinate EHS and security incidents, including accidents, near misses, and emergencies, ensuring timely response and escalation, coordination with security personnel and emergency services, incident investigation, root-cause analysis, documentation, reporting, and follow-up actions.

• Oversee day-to-day physical security operations, including security service providers, CCTV monitoring, access control, turnstiles, visitor and contractor security procedures, and other security systems, monitoring service performance and addressing operational risks or gaps.

• Drive a proactive EHS and security culture through safety programs, procedures, training and awareness activities, while collaborating with Facilities Management, building management, employees, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to strengthen compliance and continuously improve workplace safety and security practices.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, EHS/HSE, Security Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, with relevant professional or Thai safety certifications considered advantageous.

• Approximately 4–6 years of experience across EHS/HSE, workplace safety, fire prevention, emergency management, physical security, or related Facilities Management operations, ideally within a corporate workplace, commercial building, hospitality, or similarly complex environment.

• Strong practical understanding of EHS and workplace safety principles, including safety regulations, risk assessments, hazard identification, inspections and audits, incident investigation, corrective and preventive actions, emergency preparedness, and compliance requirements.

• Good knowledge of fire & life safety and physical security operations, including fire protection equipment and systems, CCTV, access control, security personnel/service providers, emergency procedures, and incident response.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in Thai and English, with the ability to guide contractors and vendors, engage employees and internal stakeholders, and work effectively with Facilities Management, building management, and other operational teams.
