RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise on quality screening of proposed items to ensure the expected quality and has legal compliance.

• Supervise on supplier audit to identify the potential problems before they affect quality and consumer safety of the products.

• Supervise on development of specification of Formula, Processing, Packaging, Analysis, Shelf-Life, Storage & Transit, MSDS, Claim, etc.

• Supervise on validation of first production at factory to ensure quality and correctness of product as agreed sample.

Existing products development

• Supervise on the Product Monitoring Program (PMP) to ensure quality of product has proper maintained by supplier and complied with regulation.

• Issue NC report with suggestion to supplier and monitor their corrective actions.

• Co-ordinate with OB Buyer to improve the products quality.

Complaint Handling & Management of incidents / product withdrawal / product recall

• Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt in the proper way to the satisfaction of the customer, company, and legally acceptable.

• Ensure complaints are recorded and investigated, and informed to all concerned persons including supplier.

• Co-ordinate with key persons at HO, DC and Stores to action in case of incidents, withdrawal or recall.

• Issue NC report with suggestion to responded person and monitor their corrective actions.

Supplier development, Traceability, Sustainability and Environmental friendly products.

• Conduct supplier development programs to ensure that the CP Axtra policies on best practices in business, social and environment are well understood, implemented and maintained on the supplier site and along the supply chain (TGI Think Green Initiative Program).

• Encourage the commercial team to develop and promote green products (Green Label ARO Dishwashing and Detergent, Label No.5 PROTECH Rice cooker, Iron, Electric fan).

• Coordinate with external regulation units (Thai Industrial Standard Institute, Thai Environmental Institute, Pollution Control Department and Environmental Quality Promotion Department.)

• Graduate of Bachelor Degree of Science/Engineer or Higher
• Authoritative, Decisive, Self-motivated, Goal/ Result, People-Oriented,
• Trustworthy, Can work under pressure. Highly organized and systematic.
• Strong interpersonal / Creative/ Independent/ Communication/ Proactive & Positive attitude.
• Experienced on product testing and quality system management.
• Knowledge of Standards, Product laws and Trading laws.
• Fluent in computer skill i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
