We are looking for a commercial manager to drive strategic other income on MakroPro, who will work alongside our product, sales, and marketing team members to strategize the revenue growth from marketing activities, campaign participation and other mar-tech services

Marketing Strategy and Planning:


1.Develop and Implement offline and digital marketing for commercial signage in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

2.Identify opportunities for media monetization and marketing product commercialization as other income that will lead to an increase in sales.

Product Commercialization:
1.Drive marketing product commercialization efforts, ensuring offerings are competitive, innovative, and meet evolving company needs.


2.Responsible for marketing of signage, data, and/or services.

Sales and Business Development:


1.Work as part of a marketing sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.


2.Increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue by finding potential new customers and new business opportunities in signage industry


3.Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.

4.Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to media monetization and marketing product commercialization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years experience in marketing, background in retail business is a plus
  • Experience in advertising media, ad operations or sales
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to understand all phases of sales development, from prospecting to proposal development, negotiation and closing deals and account management
  • Analytical skills
