Job Description

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools and make sure that all interaction and transaction will be recorded in the system.
• Able to handle incoming chat/calls with relevant product inquiries when needed
• Strong complaint handling skill and able to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits to customers
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in related filed
2. At least 1 year experience in the role of customer service representative in call center of Financial, Business Banking or related fields will be advantage.
3. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
4. Professional phone voice and strong communication skills along with active listening
5. Excellent problem-solving
6. Able to work with under pressure
7. Good interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
8. Good data entry and typing skills (English 45 words/minute, Thai 35 words/minute)
9. Proficient in using Microsoft office
