Travel Consultant

Job Description:

• The primary job function of a travel specialist is to handle online booking transactions (airline tickets, hotels, travel insurance). The qualified candidate will ensure the availability of service, support, and dedication of the company

Requirements:

• Should be able to handle travel booking transaction including airline tickets, hotels, travel insurance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong desire to be part of Travel Cue Team
• Knowledge in Amadeus reservation and ticketing platform and having at least one (1) year of work experience in the travel industry (travel agency, hotel, airport, car rentals) are a plus
• Must possess good English communication and customer relations skills
• Customer oriented mindset
• Critical Thinker and problem solver
• Team player
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• BA in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or similar relevant field
• Candidates with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage
• Must be willing to work on weekends or public holiday*
