Skills / Knowledge

Facility Management or Engineering experience in test room facility maintenance

within the HVAC or Air-Conditioning industry

Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at every level of the organization

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance and Operations Management

Ensure that test room facilities—such as HVAC, electrical, and safety systems—are functioning properly.

Budgeting and Financial Management

Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.

Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient resource allocation.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

Create and maintain a safe workplace by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Vendor and Contract Management

Coordinate with external service providers and manage vendor contracts to support facility operations.

Sustainability Initiatives

Support sustainability initiatives by implementing environmentally friendly practices and improving facility efficiency.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

5–10 years of experience in Facility Management in HVAC industry

Fluent in English communication

Good computer proficiency
