CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced

Manager - Inventory (CDC Wang noi)

to join our team. This is a

full-time position

based at our distribution centre in

Wang Noi, Ayutthaya

. In this strategic role, you will oversee all inventory management operations at our facility, ensuring optimal stock levels, accuracy, and efficient warehouse operations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional logistics services to our customers whilst driving operational excellence and cost efficiency across the distribution centre.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage all inventory operations at the CDC Wang Noi distribution centre, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems to ensure data integrity and minimise discrepancies

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations to ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with company policies

Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation and motivation to achieve productivity targets

Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and identify areas for improvement

Coordinate with logistics, sales and procurement teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and timely delivery to customers

Analyse inventory data and generate reports on warehouse performance, including KPIs such as inventory turnover, accuracy rates and operational costs

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational expenses

Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility

Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse best practices and logistics operations

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software

Proven track record of managing warehouse teams and achieving operational targets

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and warehouse safety standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferably fluent in both Thai and English, or English as a working language

Experience in the logistics, distribution or manufacturing sector would be advantageous
