Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description Gather and analyze software requirements to efficiently address business needs Provide technical solutions and procedural design for both the team and users Act as a liaison between users, operation team, support units, and IT vendors to ensure superior customer service Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for user engagements Responsible for the application design and development of lifecycles to ensure compliance with system standards Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery Create use-case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and ER diagrams to support system design and communication Qualification Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in System Analyst or a related role Experience with System Integrator and government projects is a plus Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with various software development tools and technologies
