Identify, analyze, and document detailed specifications for proposed client solutions. Support the design of effective solutions that enhance the client's workflow processes. Manage and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with predefined plans. Collaborate on change management plans and support organizational transformation for clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, particularly within the System Integrator business. Deep understanding of business processes and information system analysis. Proven experience in preparing detailed and clear business documentation and specifications. Expertise in systematic and structured methodologies for documenting business requirements (e.g., modeling, requirements analysis) and problem-solving. Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and teams. Proficiency in formal presentation skills. Effective prioritization and planning capabilities.
