About the Role

BYD THAILAND is looking for an Asset Management - Chinese Speaking to manage factory asset records, inventory, purchasing requests, documentation, and internal coordination while supporting efficient asset management and administrative operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain records of low-value consumable assets and establish a complete asset ledger.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual physical inventory checks of fixed assets and tools and reconcile them with system records.
  • Handle daily purchasing requests, including PR/PO processes, issuance records, inventory tracking, and cost control for equipment and tools.
  • Coordinate daily communication among internal departments, external partners, Chinese supervisors, and expatriate employees.
  • Provide Chinese-Thai translation and communication support when required.
  • Support and coordinate internal system audits within the department.
  • Prepare and organize relevant documents, records, and supporting information.
  • Follow up on asset-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Chinese, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Good command of Chinese in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain accurate asset records and documentation.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively with Chinese supervisors and cross-functional teams.
