About the role

This role encompasses three key accounting functions: Account Receivable management, Account Payable oversight, and Fixed Asset administration. You will manage critical financial processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and maintain accurate financial records across multiple areas.

Key responsibilities

Manage all AR tasks and review account receivable

• Prepare AR Outstanding report and AR Aging Report

• Issue billing documents, receipts, and tax invoices to clients and prepare sales VAT summary reports

• Oversee all AP processes and documentation to adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations

• Review documents from purchase department, vendors, employees, and expense reimbursement requests before processing and recording payments

• Record accounts payable domestic and overseas transactions and related adjustment transactions in the system

• Review and approve payment disbursement, including checks and electronic transfers

• Monitor AP ageing and follow up on outstanding items and debit balances

• Analyze asset data and ensure asset records are accurate and up-to-date

• Prepare fixed asset register and support periodic physical sight or audits of assets

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently
