Responsibilities:

Develop efficient, secure, and scalable PHP-based web applications according to project requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to translate project specifications into technical solutions.

Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code using PHP programming language and related frameworks (such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony).

Implement database integration and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure proper functionality and identify and fix any defects or issues.

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in PHP development and web application development in general.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, collaborating with the team to find effective solutions.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development methodologies, and project guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven work experience as a PHP Programmer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web development projects.

Proficiency in PHP programming language and familiarity with related frameworks (such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony).

Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.

Experience with database systems (such as MySQL or PostgreSQL) and strong knowledge of SQL.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Experience with other programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby, is a plus.

Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
