Role Overview
Weâre looking for a Content Planner who can think beyond content creation â someone who understands strategy, audience, and performance. This role is all about connecting business goals, content strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly content plans & calendars aligned with campaign goals
- Translate client objectives into clear content directions
- Plan content based on marketing funnel (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU)
Trend & Market Understanding
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and audience behavior
- Apply trends in a way that fits client branding and performance goals
Client & Team Coordination
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their business deeply
- Work closely with the graphic/design team to execute content ideas
- Provide clear briefs, feedback, and direction to ensure quality output
Performance & Optimization
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on data
- Work with Ads team to ensure content supports lead generation & conversion
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree (required)
- Experience in Content Planning / Social Media Strategy
- Strong understanding of content structure and audience targeting
- Ability to study and understand different business models quickly
- Good communication skills (client-facing experience is a plus)
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work on-site at the office
Bonus Skills
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Ads
- Experience in a marketing agency or performance-driven environment
- Ability to write both Thai and English content
- Understanding of conversion-focused content (not just engagement)
