Job Purposes:
Manage and execute Culture Engagement in terms of initiating and supporting internal and External communication, culture and activity, driving employee engagement, including managing relationship in the organization in order to align with goals, objectives, and business plans.
Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement Strategy:
- Direct culture and engagement strategies to manage relationship among employees and engagement between employees and organization, to ensure effective human resources to support the operations of organization.
- Plan, initiate, and monitor designing activities to build and develop relationships in organization.
Employee Activities and Events:
- Plan and organize engaging activities and events for employees, such as team-annual activities, social events, wellness programs, and recognition ceremonies and Orientation employee.
Internal & External Communication:
- Design contents for the internal & External communication concerning 3 key objectives: Innovation, Knowledge sharing and wellness and keep updating business directions / strategies to employee.
- Create and manage communication channels, including newsletters, intranet platforms, and social media platforms, to disseminate relevant information to employees.
- Monitor, summarize and analyze all contents as a monthly report and make appropriate recommendations.
- Design & create graphics, layout, content and artwork for branding materials and web-based advertisements/communication materials to convey a message to the target audiences.
HR Reporting:
- Monitor and track key HR metrics related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations to the senior management.
- Utilize data to identify trends and areas for improvement and propose actionable strategies.
- Fulfill other work assigned by management and support business new initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in Internal and External Communication, Culture, Engagement, and related field
- With a minimum of 1-year solid working experience in social media, digital in-house or agencies
- Experience in designing and executing employee activities and events.
- Excellent organizational, creative, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in internal communication platforms and tools.
- Have strong communication skills, interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Having a passion for working with people and being able to work within a dynamic environment & multicultural team.
- Intermediate/good level on content creation tools ex. Graphic (Photoshop, Canva), Video/Clip (Adobe Premier/Adobe After Effect)
- Excellent command of English (TOEIC > 550)
